Spirit of Love

Paddy Campbell's work has found its way into many private, corporate and institutional collections both in Ireland and internationally including:

  • The Day That Changed Ireland
    Commissioned by Shannon Airport in 2014 and installed on the main Councourse in july 2015.
    The six meter high sculpture features Paul O'Connell taking a catch in a famous rubgy lineout against England at Croke Park Dublin on the 24th February 2007 - "The Day that Changed Ireland".
    The two players lifting him were Donncha O'Callachan and John Hayes.

    Commissioned by University of Limerick to mark Sean Donlon's term as Chancellor (2010)

    Details of Commission: Commissioned by The Office of Public Works to commemorate the President's second term of office
  • Spirit of Love
    Dimensions: Two large figures in bronze encircling bronze mast, 7m high
    Medium: Bronze
    Location: Bantry, Co Cork
    Details of Commission: Commissioned by Cork County Council with funding from the Per Cent for Art scheme to commemorate those who have lost their lives in Bantry Bay.
